Devin is an Environmental Policy Fellow from Alexandria, Virginia, US.
Devin is an experienced biologist who began her academic career as a researcher of freshwater turtles and then specialized in science communication via a postdoctoral fellowship. At the Centre for Regional Integration, she focuses on analyzing inter-governmental organizations that facilitate joint management of natural ecosystems, including coordination on river management and other environmental challenges.
Devin also serves as the Executive Editor of the Natural History magazine and writes for a number of established organizations, including Complexly, WWF, Cricket Media, A Pass Education and ESAL. She is also highly experienced in preparing science curricula and volunteers as a Virginia Master Naturalist to help conserve and manage natural resources and public lands in her state.
