Arkadiy currently serves as an assistant professor at Webster University. He has previously taught at the People’s Friendship University of Russia (RUDN), at the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration and at the Higher School of Economics. Arkadiy has published a number of high-quality academic articles in peer-reviewed journals, indexed in Scopus and Web of Science. The expertise of Arkadiy ranges from Western hemisphere affairs to Russian politics, in his research Arkadiy focuses on the issues of regional security, human rights protection and democratization.
