Alicia is a political scientist with extensive experience in working with non-profit organizations. She was previously the Director of the Rongos Fondation and led various campaigns for the Paper Crown Institute in Rwanda. Alicia has also supported the development of other NGOs, such as the WomenCraft in Tanzania. At the Centre for Regional Integration, she focuses on analyzing various aspects of social policy.
Outside of the non-profit sector, Alicia has served as a political research consultant at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government and publishes guest contributions to various news outlets. She is passionate about travel, photojournalism, wildlife conservation and assisting refugees. Alicia is also a certified Yoga teacher who speaks French and Swahili.
